The job

You lead a crew of two in Westfield Heights. You drive the van, plan the order of the day’s homes, and sign off every visit against the checklist. Customers get your name with their booking confirmation, so you are the person they call if something is not right. You also train new crew members: two weeks of paired visits until you are happy to sign off every room.

A normal day

You load the van at 7:30 and check the day’s notes: a new key code, a dog that stays in the garden, a deep clean that needs an extra hour. Westfield Heights is mostly larger family houses, so a day is usually three homes. At each one you walk the rooms with the customer or their notes, split the work, and finish with a walkthrough of your own. At the end of the day you send the office a short report: anything broken, anything the customer asked for next time.

What you need

• Two years of cleaning work, at home or for a company
• A driving licence (the van is automatic)
• A background check before the trial shift
• Patience with new people: you teach as you work
