They sent the price before I gave my address, and the final bill matched it to the dollar. Two people for three hours in a three-bedroom house. The crew left the checklist on the counter with every box ticked, including the stairs they could have skipped.
Flat-pack wardrobe, a TV bracket on a stud wall, and a sticking sash window. He checked the wall with a detector before drilling, showed me where the cables ran, and finished in three hours. Everything was on one ticket with the half hours listed.
We moved out on a Friday and they came Saturday at eight. Three people, five hours, a fixed price agreed beforehand. Limescale off the shower screen, marks off the hallway walls, and the oven back to its original colour. The landlord's checkout report listed nothing to fix.
Our clinic needs the waiting room and exam rooms done every night. Good, steady work. A bin was missed twice in the first month; the crew lead added it to the checklist and it hasn't happened since.

Open it from an estimate (?service=standard-cleaning&bedrooms=2&bathrooms=1&frequency=biweekly) and it starts at step 3 with the same ticket. The /book/ page shows it with its own header.
