Booking and scheduling
How do I get a price?
Pick the service, rooms, bathrooms, frequency, and extras on the booking page and the total updates as you go. Handyman jobs are priced by the hour, or from photos you send.
How far ahead do I need to book?
Usually two to five days. Open slots for this week show in the booking form, and recurring visits keep the same weekday.
Does someone have to be in during the visit?
No. Most customers leave a key, a lockbox, or a door code in the booking notes. For a first visit we suggest being there for the five-minute walkthrough.
What is the arrival window?
Two hours, chosen when you book. You get a text when the crew is about 30 minutes away.
Can I book more than one trade in one visit?
Yes. Add windows, carpets, or handyman tasks to the same ticket. When the crews line up, you get one arrival window for all of it.
Do you cover my area?
Type your ZIP code in the area finder. Outside those areas we quote a travel fee or point you to someone closer.
Prices and payment
Is the estimate the final price?
Yes, if the home details are right. If the size or condition is different on the day, the crew lead shows you the change before any work starts.
When do I pay?
After the visit, to the card on file. There is no deposit for cleaning. For larger repairs, you approve the materials before we buy them.
Which payment methods do you take?
Credit and debit cards, and bank transfer. Commercial accounts are invoiced monthly.
Do recurring visits cost less?
Yes. Weekly, every-two-weeks, and monthly plans cost less per visit than a one-time clean. The pricing page shows each discount.
Should I tip the crew?
Never expected. If you do tip, all of it goes to the crew on that visit.
The visit
Do you bring supplies and equipment?
Yes, everything from cloths to vacuums. Tell us in the booking notes if you want your own products used.
Are your products safe for children and pets?
We use low-odour products by default and offer a fragrance-free option. Ask for the product list and we send it before the visit.
What about my pets?
Pets are fine; note them when you book. For carpet cleaning and repairs, we ask that pets stay in one room.
How long does a visit take?
It depends on the size of the home and the service. Your ticket shows the estimated hours and the crew size before you book.
What does a standard clean include?
Every room has its own checklist, listed room by room on the services page. Deep and move-out cleans add the extra tasks shown there.
What won't you do?
Biohazards, mould beyond surface cleaning, lifting items over 20 kg, and work higher than a second-storey ladder reaches. The full list is in our terms.
Your crew and safety
Will I get the same crew every time?
On a recurring plan, yes: the same crew lead every visit. If they are off, we text you who is coming.
Are crews employees, and are they background-checked?
Yes. Every crew member is an employee, passes a background check, and trains on our checklist before a first solo visit. See how we hire.
Are you insured?
Yes. Every crew is covered by liability insurance up to $2M and we are bonded. Certificates are listed on our guarantee page.
How do you handle keys and entry codes?
Keys carry a code tag, never your address, and only the crew on your visit sees the access notes. Codes are deleted when you stop service.
Changes, cancellations, guarantee
What if something isn't right?
Tell us within 24 hours and we come back and re-clean the missed areas for free. Photos help us fix it faster. How to claim: our guarantee.
How do I reschedule or cancel?
Free up to 24 hours before your arrival window. Later cancellations cost $40. Details in the cancellation policy.
What if something gets damaged?
Tell us within 48 hours, with photos if you can. We repair, replace, or reimburse it under our insurance; see our guarantee.
Can I skip a recurring visit?
Yes, with 24 hours' notice and no charge. Your plan rate stays unless you skip more than two visits in a row.
What happens on public holidays?
The visit moves to the nearest working day, and we text you the new arrival window.
Handyman and other trades
How is handyman work priced?
By the hour with a two-hour minimum, or a fixed price for common jobs. Parts are billed at cost with receipts. Rates are on the pricing page.
Do you bring materials?
Common hardware, yes. You buy specific fixtures, or we buy them once you approve the price.
What's too big for a handyman visit?
Licensed work such as electrical panels, gas, plumbing, or anything structural. We refer you to a licensed trade.
Do you clean windows above the ground floor?
Yes, up to the second floor, from inside or with ladders. Higher windows need access equipment and a quote.
No answer for that yet. Call us or send a message.
