Westfield Heights is the newest part of our map. The streets on the west ridge were laid out in the last twenty years, with two-storey houses, double garages, and a handful of apartment blocks along Ridgecrest. The homes are bigger than in the rest of our areas, and the work follows: more bathrooms per visit, more stairs, and more square metres of hard floor.
We send larger crews here. A four-bedroom house gets three people on a deep clean so it is done before the school run, and our vans carry two vacuums and a ladder that reaches the upstairs landing windows from inside.
Almost every street has a homeowners’ association. That changes outdoor work more than indoor: pressure washing and gutter cleaning follow the association’s quiet hours, and some streets ask for the van to park on the drive rather than the road. We keep each association’s rules on file, so you don’t have to explain them twice.
Copper Creek and Sunfield are the furthest from our base, but a crew starts its day in Stonebridge, so morning slots on that side are usually open.
