The job
The office had switched cleaning provider. Under the old contract, edges, screens, and the kitchenette fridges had been skipped for months.
What we did
The first visit ran after hours with two people and the weekly checklist plus a catch-up list agreed with the office manager: screens and keyboards, carpet edges, and the fridge fronts. Desks were only wiped where they had been cleared.
The result
The weekly visit now takes about two and a half hours with the same two people, on the same evening.
