Kitchen before cleaning: dull film on the counters, hob, and backsplash
Before
The same kitchen after: counters, hob, and backsplash wiped and degreased
After

Kitchen, after degreasing and an inside-oven clean

The job

The tenants had moved out the day before. The landlord needed the house ready for a check-out inspection at 9 the next morning, with the oven and cabinets checked against the lease inventory.

What we did

A crew of three split the house: one on the kitchen, one on the bathrooms, one on bedrooms and floors. The kitchen took longest: the hood filters went into a hot soak while the oven was cleaned inside, then every cabinet was emptied of crumbs and wiped inside and out. The lead walked the inventory list with the landlord by phone before leaving.

The result

The inspection found nothing to add, and the deposit was returned in full. The landlord booked the same crew for the next tenancy change.

What the customer said
“The landlord did the walk-through with a checklist and had nothing to add. Deposit back in full.”
