## Questions

### Do you clean outside windows upstairs?

Up to the second storey, from ladders and poles. Higher windows need a lift or rope access, which we quote separately.

### What if it rains?

Light rain does not spoil clean glass. In heavy rain or wind we move your visit to the next free slot at no charge.

### How do you count panes?

Each separate sheet of glass is one pane, inside and outside included. A door with one glass panel is one pane.
