## Questions

### Is it the same crew every visit?

We keep the same crew on a recurring home whenever we can. If someone is off, the crew lead brings your checklist and notes.

### Does someone have to be in during the visit?

No. Most clients leave a key or a code. The crew locks up and leaves the ticked checklist on the counter.

### Can I skip or move a visit?

Yes. Move or skip a visit up to 24 hours before at no charge; the discount for your frequency stays.
