## Not included

- Inside computers or server rooms: We dust around equipment only.
- Outside and upper-floor windows: Book window cleaning.
- Carpet shampooing: Book carpet cleaning.
- Mould or biohazard cleanup: Needs a remediation specialist.

## Questions

### When do you clean?

Before 8 am or after 6 pm, on the days you choose. The crew signs in and out with your building's access system.

### Who supplies soap and paper?

You do, so you keep your usual brands. We restock from your storeroom and tell you when stock runs low.

### Can we change the checklist?

Yes. Add or drop tasks per room; we update the price per square foot before the next visit.
