## What's included

## Not included

- New wiring, outlets, or circuits: Needs a licensed electrician.
- Pipes inside walls or under floors: Needs a licensed plumber.
- Roof repairs or walking on the roof: Needs a roofer.
- Structural or load-bearing work: Needs a building contractor.

## Questions

### Do you bring materials?

We bring common parts (anchors, screws, caulk). Anything else we buy and add at cost, with the receipt on your ticket.

### What if the job takes less than two hours?

Two hours is the minimum. Add more small jobs to the list to use it.

### Can you do electrical or plumbing work?

Small swaps only, like a shower head or a smoke detector. New wiring or pipes inside walls need a licensed electrician or plumber.
