## Questions

### How often should gutters be cleaned?

Once a year for most homes, twice if tall trees hang over the roof. Late autumn, after the leaves drop, is the usual time.

### Does someone have to be in during the visit?

No, as long as we can reach every side of the house. We send the before and after photos when we finish.

### What if a gutter is damaged?

We photograph it and add a note to your ticket. Repairs are quoted separately; we never fix anything without your yes.
