# Office clean, first visit after a change of provider

> Before and after photos of a first weekly office clean: forty desks, two kitchenettes, 2 crew, 3 h 15 after hours.

## The job

The office had switched cleaning provider. Under the old contract, edges, screens, and the kitchenette fridges had been skipped for months.

## What we did

The first visit ran after hours with two people and the weekly checklist plus a catch-up list agreed with the office manager: screens and keyboards, carpet edges, and the fridge fronts. Desks were only wiped where they had been cleared.

## The result

The weekly visit now takes about two and a half hours with the same two people, on the same evening.
